Enrolment

Choosing the right school is a significant decision - and we understand that for many families, it's also a long-term one.  At Kimberley College, our Enrolments team supports families enrolling across Primary, Middle, and Senior School, including those planning ahead.  Our goal is to make the process clear, supportive, and transparent - so you can make confident decisions for your child, now and into the future.

Understanding the Enrolment Process

The enrolment process at Kimberley College is designed to be straightforward and supportive.
While some steps differ slightly depending on whether your child is enrolling in Primary or Secondary School, the focus is always the same: getting to know your child and ensuring we can support them well.  Our friendly and knowledgeable team is always available to answer any questions you may have and provide you with the information you need to make an informed decision.

1. Submit an Application Form

Submit the online Application to Enrol form. You will be required to pay $110 application fee to submit the form.

The applicant may be added to the Enrolment waitlist appropriate to the year of entry.

Please note: The successful lodgement of an enrolment application, with accompanying enrolment application fee, does not guarantee enrolment at Kimberley College. Enrolment is subject to the enrolments process and the Enrolment Policy Terms and Conditions.

2. Interview

The applicant and their parents/carers are invited to an interview. This is a two-way conversation - an opportunity to get to know each other and ask questions.

3. College's Decision

If, we believe your family is a great fit for KC; and pending our selection criteria, the next step is for us to send you a Letter of Offer via email with a link to complete the Enrolment Agreement/Contract.

A $200 confirmation fee is payable at this stage.

It's important that all biological parents or legal guardians sign the Enrolment Contract for legal requirements. If this is not possible, please arrange a confidential discussion with our Director of Admissions and Marketing.

4. Onboarding

Once our Enrolments Team has received the completed Enrolment Agreement/Contract and the $200 confirmation fee is paid, we will send you all the relevant information required for your child to have a smooth start at Kimberley College.

5. Orientation and First Day

There will be the following orientation events to attend in the lead up to your child starting:

Year 7 Experience Day (usually held late November - early December)
Prep Experience Day (usually held early - mid November)


Should a suitable vacancy arise, you will be contacted to discuss your child's application and may be invited for a formal interview. Priority is given to applications for siblings when one child or more is already enrolled at the College.
