We are excited to announce that our biennial Kimberley College Art Show will take place on Thursday 5 September from 2:00 to 6:00pm. Featuring works created by senior students and selected artworks of our Primary and Middle School 'Artist of the Year' Competition will also be on display.

Yesterday's QUOTA competition, saw the KCD team win a plethora of awards across styles from Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary, Lyrical and Tap. Well done to both our teams, Junior and Senior for your hard work, dedication and an inspiring day of performances. We could not be prouder!

Annie the Musical - Success on stage

After months of rehearsals and hard work, our dedicated cast and crew took to the stage to bring the musical adventures of Annie and her friends to life in July at SunPAC. Congratulations to all involved, the performances were amazing, highlighting the wealth of talent here at KC.

Congratulations to our Senior Performance Team and their outstanding success at the Sunshine Coast Dance Eisteddfod on May 10. The team took away first in Jazz C / Lyrical A / Lyrical B / Tap & Contemporary in addition to a host of places across the board. Well done KCD

Therapy dogs help to soothe Year 12 exam jitters

As our Year 12 students continue with their final external exams this week, it can be a stressful time. A special visit by therapy dogs, Spencer and Arya from Empower Assistance Dogs helped to ease some of those pre-exam jitters and bring a smile before tackling the mathematics exam.

Junior MasterChef comes to KC

It started with our students shopping for groceries for their healthy meal recipes, budgeting along the way and culminated in our own KC Junior MasterChef Challenge on Wednesday night. Year 5 and 6 students cooked up a storm, prior to the official judging. Well done to all our Chefs!

Kimberley College launches

Core Four Sports Program

The College is excited to announce that our students will now be able to compete in a new interschool sport competition - Northern AGCC (Association of Gold Coast Colleges). Four schools compete each semester in Basketball, Football (soccer), Netball and Touch Football (Years 7 to 12).

2023 Diploma of Business Graduates

19 students successfully completed the nationally recognised qualification, Diploma of Business. Completing the Diploma of Business provides our students with skills, knowledge, and employability – all before they finish school. In addition, it has a credit articulation arrangement with Griffith and Southern Cross Universities.

University of Queensland Scholarship Recipient

2022 Graduate and Valedictorian

We would like to congratulate Year 12, Class of 2022 graduate Leah Duncan from Yunupingu faculty on being awarded a $55,000 Leadership, Excellence and Diversity (LEAD) scholarship towards her Double Degree in Laws/ Arts (German Language & International Relations) at the University of Queensland (UQ).
